So cute, open, honest, humble and funny! When my parents got divorced, my Mom, me and my 2 sisters lived in a mobile home park. Some of the happiest years of my life. Our kitchen table glass broke and my mom got a piece of plywood to substitute. Great breakfasts off of that table! Bacon 🥓 🥞 I ran the push mower outside when needed. I hung clothes to dry on the outside line. I picked sassafras for tea. Planted flowers. Played badminton in the street. Twirled my baton (head majorette in high school with no lessons and voted best dressed in my senior year wearing hand me downs). Successful sales rep in later years and educated as an RN, BSN. Has anyone else ever heard Ryan Gosling talk about him taking his mother to the Oscar’s and she really wanted to look nice so went to a salon and ended up with a look she wasn’t really feeling great about and was very insecure about and Ryan made sure that the other people there complimented her on her hair to make her feel better? I honestly think that’s an awesome son. He said afterwards his mom was smiling ear to ear.

My son use to protect me in his way, I was a young mom, had him at 15 1/2, so when I would take him to school I would get cat called, and he sometimes would get so mad and get in front of me and tell at them and say "hey don't say that to my mommy 🤗" my baby, and guess what, he's an amazing young man, I feel if a mom does her job right, you'll have great human beings in the future. Parents, be parents and be there for your children, you are their first example
